Nancy Baumgartner

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Nancy Baumgartner heads operations for each asset of the project.  Nancy has deep operational experience in both the entertainment and tech industries.  Nancy has worked for several years with Victory Entertainment in Nashville and Moho Productions in LA on developing TV and film productions including the “The Voice”, various TikTok music influencers, independent content creator networks, the CAA (Creative Artists Agency), WME (William Morris Agency), and numerous other organizations in the music industry. 

Nancy grew up in the music industry, including performing for 15 years with a Top 40 band in various large concert arenas across the US.  She has started and successfully run various businesses and organizations, including the production company OnStage, which performed throughout the US and Caribbean.  Nancy also created and ran the contemporary vocal program at Utah Valley University.  Nancy also has prior music festival experience, as she created and managed a 60,000-person music festival in the Denver area. 

Prior to her music career, Nancy ran division operations at various Fortune 500 and other tech companies.  Out of college, she ran a statistics team at WordPerfect, then became Director of Operations for 9 years at Convergys.  She was also VP of Marketing with Sento, then VP of Sales for Teletech, an industry leader is call centers.  She has collaborated with companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Hewlett Packard and Continental Airlines, and run projects in Europe, Singapore, New Zealand, the US, Philippines, Argentina, Mexico, South Africa and Brazil.  

Nancy was then offered a position at KPMG to build call centers around the world. Nancy accepted the position, and KPMG subsequently ended up splitting her division off and calling it BearingPoint. With her knowledge of running operations, selling, and running network control centers around the world, she was extremely effective in assisting large global corporations find ways to improve both their efficiencies and bottom line.  

With the combined experience she has in music, operations and tech, Nancy is grateful that her experience in building and operating facilities and her love for the music industry can finally come together in a project that will change the concert experience.
