The festival grounds outdoor venue at The Point in Draper, Utah will host the region’s largest music festival, accommodating over 75,000 attendees at any given time, attracting headliner artists and tens of thousands of attendees to the project and city. Country and other festivals, along with nightly concerts and cultural events, will also be held on the grounds. Unlike many festival grounds that are held in remote fields, sometimes hours from services and amenities, this venue is located in The Point, a new TOD development at the booming juncture between Salt Lake County and Utah County.  The Point master plan is being co-developed by Lincoln Property Group, Colmena and Wadsworth Development, with whom Blackwall Ventures is forming a joint venture for the grounds.  

Located just 3 minutes from a major freeway and within walking distance of a planned Frontrunner Commuter Rail Station, accessibility to the venue is unrivaled.  When not used for festivals, the grounds can accommodate summer concerts for headliner artists as well as smaller performances through the use of mobile stages and VIP boxes, as well as sporting, recreational and cultural events.  This project will also be one of the first community festivals exclusively dedicated to AR/VR experiences where consumers and brands can experience firsthand some of the most exciting and latest VR/ AR technologies in a festival setting across the verticals of music, fashion, film, and gaming.  The location of these grounds will be perhaps the most iconic festival location in the country.
