Daniel Reeve has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, having developed numerous commercial, hospitality, mixed-use multi-family and master-planned projects. He also has expertise in land acquisition and entitlement in both commercial and residential arenas. His most recent experience includes serving as Vice President for a prominent real-estate developer in the Utah market, specializing in commercial, multi-family, hospitality and residential developments, including specific responsibilities for all land acquisition and entitlements for the company, as well as providing senior strategic leadership and decision-making for new projects and markets.

Dan has also worked at both the project level and at the executive level in three prior companies within the development and construction industry. Dan began his career at Layton Construction, managing the construction of commercial projects in Utah as well as in the Phoenix market. He then continued his career at LJP in Orange County, California, assisting with the development and consulting of various mixed-use high-rise, mid-rise and hospitality projects across the country. He then went on to lead the land acquisition and entitlement team at D.R. Horton’s Utah Division.

Over the course of his career, Dan has built several hospitality projects, including the Marriott Desert Ridge timeshare resort in North Phoenix, and other hospitality projects. He has also sourced and performed extensive due diligence on over 10,000 acres of land across Utah, Arizona and California. Additionally, he has been involved in the development and construction of various types of properties including Class A office, high-rise residential towers, municipal and civic facilities, timeshare resorts, master-planned residential communities and multifamily projects across Utah, Colorado, Arizona, California, Texas, Washington and Nevada. Dan currently serves on the Utah Land Use and Eminent Domain Advisory Board, a position appointed by the Governor of Utah. He is also a licensed real estate agent, holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
